PHILOSOPHY

I work with disease prevention and/or reduction of its symptoms, based on the principle that health problems are caused by nutritional and biochemical imbalances in the body.

My recommendations are aimed at restoring this balance (homeostasis) through diet and lifestyle changes.

All my work is based on the belief that everyone is a unique being and that's why I recommend personalized nutrition and lifestyle programmes. I don't work with meal plans or menus because I carefully guide each patient so that they are able to take control of their lives and make choices for themselves.

It is not easy to change habits as ingrained as our diet and lifestyle. However, there are simple strategies that make this experience enjoyable and rewarding. The focus shouldn't just be on weight loss. If your goal is not linked to your long-term health, no diet will work.”
